- You will need to ensure that the main features of the property are in good condition and this includes the exterior/ structure, the roof and that the boiler and electrics are fully functional.
- You will need to ensure that you have the correct insurance in place for the use of the building (Corporate letting of a HMO)
- If you do have one in place, you will need to continue to look after your mortgage
- You will need to ensure that you have the correct safety and environmental certificates in place (gas safety, electrical safety, EPC).
Our Responsibilities

- Paying all utility and council tax bills
